Digital Heritage Hub online masterclass announced

The University of Leeds is hosting a free online masterclass, 'Ensure your digital strategy doesn't gather virtual dust', exploring how you might design, plan, and lead on digital transformation for your heritage organisation.

Taking place on Thursday 30 June 2022 from 10.30am-12pm, the session will introduce resources from the Digital Heritage Hub and help you navigate the themes to create a coherent digital strategy that works for you. The resources are designed to complement each other and form the ‘building blocks’ for digital change in your organisation.

After the masterclass, leaders from the heritage sector will join Dr Stephen Dobson to discuss the issues involved in digital transformation and open the discussion up to the audience.

This masterclass is aimed at leaders of small and medium-sized heritage organisations but may be of wider interest to anyone working in the heritage sector with an interest in digital leadership and digital planning.

These themes have been developed by a consortium led by University of Leeds with Cause4 and Museum Development Yorkshire.

The Digital Heritage Hub has received DCMS and National Lottery funding, distributed by the Heritage Fund as part of their Digital Skills for Heritage initiative.
