The Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy Programme is offering a £15,000 contract for an experienced Marketing freelancer to work with the Programme team over the next six months to refine and develop marketing strategy, processes and templates which will be used on an ongoing basis to meet the aims and objectives of the Programme.  More information on the tender can be found here.
